All clients using the Malaysia visa services available on the website have to provide a guarantee that you would access the website and use its services as per the terms and conditions mentioned below. This legal agreement is between www.malaysiavisa.ae and you, i.e. the customer, applicant, or the client. Therefore, it is crucial to read the terms and conditions mentioned here before you use the visa services offered on Malaysiavisa.ae.

1. Scope & Procedures

www.malaysiavisa.ae’s visa services are available for people of all nationalities, especially UAE citizens. However, our services are not extended to citizens of Azerbaijan and Qatar. Apart from these two countries, citizens of all other countries can approach us to get their Malaysia visa. Our visa experts have years of experience and expertise to not only help you choose the right Malaysia visa but also to support you through the application and documentation process. We put in our best efforts to ensure that our clients receive their Malaysia visa on time. Nevertheless, we would not take any responsibility if your visa application is rejected or delayed due to any of the following reasons:

  • Incomplete or incorrect visa application form
  • Missing, fake, or incorrect supporting documents
  • Missing, incorrect, or false information
  • Non-booking of airline tickets

If you do not get a visa approval due to any of the above reasons, www.malaysiavisa.ae would not be responsible for the same. While in most cases it is best to book your flight tickets and hotel accommodation after you have received your visa, Malaysia visa rules require applicants to have a confirmed return flight ticket beforehand. In this case, we can help you to book the flight ticket. If you have to catch a transit flight from another country while travelling to Malaysia, you also need to enquire whether you need a transit visa for that particular country. The transit visa rules are different for different countries.

2. Documentation

Documentation is an extremely important part of the Malaysia visa process. One of the most crucial documents that you need to submit is your passport. Moreover, your passport should have at least 6 months’ validity from the date of returning from the country.

www.malaysiavisa.ae would act as a middleman between our clients and the Malaysian Embassy, and you can send all the documents along with the passport to us. It is important to send the passport as well as the documents within the time period given to you, to ensure quick processing of your visa application. Moreover, by sending the documents to us, you also agree that we are entitled to return them only after the visa procedure is completed by the visa issuing authority.

The visa application process includes an interview. The appointment date for the interview is provided on first-come-first-serve basis. But it is important to have all your documents in order, as a missing or incorrect document may postpone your visa interview.

After the visa process is done, all the important documents, including your passport, travel insurance, flight voucher, appointment letter, etc. would be returned to you. Once you receive all the documents, it is your duty to send an acknowledgement of the same to us through email. No changes would be made if you do not send the acknowledgment email on the same day. Moreover, you would have to pay additional charges to make any changes after that.

Once you receive the Malaysia visa, you need to notify malaysiavisa.ae about the same immediately. You need to check the visa carefully to rule out any errors. In case there is any discrepancy, we should be notified about the matter on the same day. If you fail to do so, we would consider the visa as accepted from your end. We would not take any responsibility if issues are caused due to delays at your end.

Apart from this, any change in travel plan or any other additional requirement should be notified to us beforehand. www.malaysiavisa.ae would not take any responsibility delays or problems caused due to such cases.

3. Fee and Payment Mode

www.malaysiavisa.ae’s visa fee includes our visa services charges as well as the charges of the Malaysia visa issuing authority. Once your application form and documents are submitted, you can make the payment of your visa fee through debit card, credit card, or online bank transfer. Whichever payment you choose, ensure that it can be billed and processed immediately. The Malaysia visa processing fee as well as the visa processing requirements can change any time, without prior notice.

4. Processing Time

The processing time for Malaysia visa mentioned on the website is 3-4 working days. While we try our best to ensure that you get your visa within this time period, the duration is just an estimate based on our years of experience dealing with different embassies. The visa process begins the next day after you submit your visa application. The visa processing time only includes the weekdays, i.e. from Sunday to Thursday and not the weekends, i.e. Friday and Saturday as well as any other public holidays. Alternatively, it can also happen that the Malaysian Embassy remains closed without any prior notice. www.malaysiavisa.ae cannot be held responsible for visa approval delays due to any of the above reasons.

5. Approval and Rejection of Visas

www.malaysiavisa.ae has no role in the approval and rejection of Malaysia visa applications. Our sole responsibility is to ensure that all your documents are submitted correctly and on time. The evaluation and processing of the visa would be done by the Malaysian Embassy or Consulate, and hence, the sole power of approving and rejecting the visa application also lies with them. We cannot assure the approval of your Malaysia visa application.

6. Policies on Cancellation and Refund

Once your visa application is submitted at the consulate, you are not entitled to a refund, even if your visa application gets rejected. In case you cancel the visa request before the application goes to the visa issuing authority, you may receive a partial refund, which includes the visa processing fee. However, we would not be able to refund any banking, services, or administration charges.

Once your Malaysia visa application is submitted, we would not be responsible for loss of fee caused due to change in visa policies made by the embassy. Moreover, the information on visa services available on our website, which includes the different packages and prices can be changed or amended without any prior warning. Hence, keep checking the updated version of the terms and conditions before you buy our visa services.
